We have no issue with fly-on-the-wall television or the basic concept of pushing people through physical and psychological challenges but we do take issue with the ritualistic bullying and yelling.
It’s facsinating that the producers believe people can be motivated by anger, insult, degradation, yelling, verbal abuse, criticism and rude commentary.
Is this truly how our armed forces are trained?
Described on Google as Australian celebrities are pushed to their limits as they eat, sleep and train together through a series of physical and psychological tests from the real SAS selection process.
Ratings are falling because it’s not real-world. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. It is not a reflection of the contestants but the lack of control and respect by the team leaders. They are unable to motivate unless they are angry and yelling abuse.
The ridiculous notion that it is filmed under strict conditions and participants knew what they were signing up for is pure and utter rubbish.. it is 100% BULLYING
